Booking & Availability

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings, 2 to 6 months is ideal, especially for peak months like December, June, and August. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible -- call 0772732116 to check.
How do I secure my date?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept mobile money, bank transfer, and cash.
Can I change my date after booking?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate date changes without penalty.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund of your deposit if cancelled 14+ days before the event. 50% refund if cancelled 7 to 13 days before. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

Service & Capacity

How many guests can you serve per hour?
One barista serves approximately 40 to 60 drinks per hour. For events with 100+ guests, we recommend 2 baristas to keep wait times under 2 minutes.
What's the minimum and maximum guest count?
No strict minimum. We've served intimate gatherings of 20 and large events of 500+. For 300+ guests, we add additional baristas and service stations.
How long is a typical service window?
3 hours minimum. Most weddings book 4 to 5 hours. Corporate events range from 3 hours (morning briefing) to full-day (conference). We're flexible -- tell us your schedule.
Do you provide cups and napkins?
Yes. All cups, napkins, stirrers, sugar, and supplies are included. We use high-quality paper cups with lids. For premium events, we offer porcelain cup service.

Menu & Customization

What drinks can your barista make?
Espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, cortado, flat white, mocha, iced coffee, iced latte, filter/pour-over coffee, hot chocolate, and a tea selection. We can also create a signature drink for your event.
Can you serve tea and hot chocolate too?
Yes. Every package includes hot chocolate and a tea selection (Ugandan black tea, green tea, herbal). Not everyone drinks coffee -- we cover all your guests.
Do you have dairy-free milk options?
Yes. Oat milk, soy milk, and almond milk are available on request. Let us know your guests' dietary needs when booking.
Can you create a custom drink for my event?
Absolutely. We'll work with you to design a signature drink -- named after your company, wedding couple, or event theme. Tasting session included for Professional and Full Service packages.

Venue & Logistics

What power and water do you need?
One standard 13A power socket within 5 metres of the bar is ideal. If power isn't available nearby, we bring our own battery system. We bring our own filtered water -- no plumbing connection needed.
How much space does the coffee bar need?
2 metres by 2 metres minimum. For larger setups with a pour-over station, 3m x 2m is ideal. We can adapt to tight spaces or anchor a large ballroom.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor events, we need cover -- a tent, gazebo, or canopy over the coffee bar. We'll flag this during booking. Most venues already have contingency plans for rain.
Do you travel outside Kampala?
Yes. We regularly serve events in Entebbe, Mukono, and Jinja. For locations beyond this radius, contact us for travel arrangements and pricing.

Quality & Experience

What coffee do you serve?
We serve Nonda Coffee -- specialty-grade Ugandan Arabica and Robusta, freshly roasted, sourced directly from 24,000+ farming families. The same coffee we export to international buyers.
Are your baristas trained?
Yes. All Nonda baristas are professionally trained in espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and customer service. They're friendly, presentable, and experienced with events.
Can we do a tasting before the event?
Yes. Tasting sessions are included for Professional and Full Service packages. We'll schedule a session at our Kampala location where you can sample the menu and finalize your selections.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance. Documentation available on request for venues that require it.
