What Drugar Means

Drugar (Dry Uganda Arabica) is natural-process Arabica, sun-dried in the cherry. Drying in the fruit gives it a berry-forward, low-acidity cup that Gulf roasters prize for Arabic coffee and that espresso programs value for body. It is Uganda's flagship natural grade and the bridge between Uganda and the Saudi market.
