Luwero Coffee Value Park
The industrial heart of the project. 100 acres in Nakaseke District. 42,000 MT green coffee processing and 7,200 MT instant coffee production per year.
Nonda Kitawuluzi Model
The farmer commercialisation network. 183 aggregation centres, 939 production clusters across 13 districts. Connecting 46,000 farmers to industrial markets.
Uganda-Saudi Coffee Corridor
The strategic export gateway. Jazan Coffee Terminal serves as processing, blending and distribution hub for Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
